FAQ

  • What's the check-in time?

    Check-in time is between 15:00 and 18:00, with exceptions pre-agreed. For check-in later than 18:00 and on weekends, instructions for self-check-in will be provided

  • What's the check-out time?

    Check-out time is until 11:00. Late check-out is possible while respecting succeeding guests or at additional cost and must be booked in advance. You are welcome to leave your luggage in our office in case of early arrival or late check-out. 

  • Can friends visit me at the apartment?

    Friends are always welcome to visit however only guests who are listed on the reservation can live in the apartment. Maximum booking occupancy is set out in the reservation confirmation.

  • Can these apartmetns be rented as a venue?

    The apartment cannot be rented as a party venue or for any troublesome activity. The quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

  • Can I smoke in the apartment or on the balcony?

    It is not allowed to smoke in the apartments and common areas of the building (including balconies). Smoking is allowed only outside of the building in specially designated areas.

  • WARM WELCOME! Good to know before arriving to Riga Lux Apartments

    For convivence and smooth planning of travel, kindly get acquainted with the information good to know prior to arrival:

    • There is no 24-hour registration desk present, which is why every guest is met individually, and regularly on weekdays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. For arrivals at other times - a self-check-in guide will be provided!
    • Guests will be required to show a valid ID or Passport upon check-in.
    • Cleaning and a towel change are included once per week for stays longer than 7 days. 
    • Extra cleaning or towel change is possible for the fee set, and to be booked in advance.
