FAQ
What's the check-in time?
Check-in time is between 15:00 and 18:00, with exceptions pre-agreed. For check-in later than 18:00 and on weekends, instructions for self-check-in will be provided
What's the check-out time?
Check-out time is until 11:00. Late check-out is possible while respecting succeeding guests or at additional cost and must be booked in advance. You are welcome to leave your luggage in our office in case of early arrival or late check-out.
Can friends visit me at the apartment?
Friends are always welcome to visit however only guests who are listed on the reservation can live in the apartment. Maximum booking occupancy is set out in the reservation confirmation.
Can these apartmetns be rented as a venue?
The apartment cannot be rented as a party venue or for any troublesome activity. The quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Can I smoke in the apartment or on the balcony?
It is not allowed to smoke in the apartments and common areas of the building (including balconies). Smoking is allowed only outside of the building in specially designated areas.
