House Rules
We trust you expect and appreciate a joyful journey and accommodation experience in “Riga Lux Apartments”, which we are passionate to provide.
In order to ensure pleasant stay for our guests – ones currently residing in “Riga Lux Apartments” and those who are on their way to us, we are kindly asking to acknowledge and follow:
USE OF THE PROPERTY
• The Guest undertakes to take good care of the apartment, furniture, equipment and belongings of the apartment and leave it on check-out date in the same condition as received. The Guest shall compensate all damage created by the Guest or people residing with them in full amount.
• Towels and linens shall be used only for its intended purpose in the apartment. Please DO NOT wash the towels in the washing machine, but contact reception in case you need them to be refreshed. The fee for lost or damaged towel \(including coloured in washing machine\) may be applicable in amount of EUR 20 per towel.
• Apartment cannot be rented as a party venue or of any troublesome activity. The quiet hours are from 22:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The penalty for troublesome activities, NOISE and PARTIES, which disturb the other residents, particularly from 22:00 to 9:00 hours is up to 500,- EUR.
• It is not allowed to smoke in the apartment and common areas of the building \(including balconies\). Smoking is allowed only outside of the building in specially designated areas. The penalty for smoking in restricted areas is 250,- EUR.
• Friends are always welcome to visit, however, only guests who are listed in the reservation can live in the Apartment.
• Maximum booking occupancy is stated in the reservation confirmation.
• Pets are allowed by advance notification and at extra charge. There is an expectation of good behaviour for any pet staying at the apartment, particularly when it comes to noise and maintaining accuracy of furniture and equipment. Please request an additional towel for the pet, as the regular ones are not permitted to use for animals.
• The garbage can be disposed only in specially designated areas - garbage containers in green, yellow and black colors in the courtyard. Please note that the garbage shall be sorted and disposed in accordance with the labels on the containers \(YELLOW – plastic; GREEN – general, BLACK – glass\).
• Riga Lux Apartments will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage caused to the personal property of the Guest.
• Any illegal activity may result in termination of the stay.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
• Guests will be required to show a valid ID or Passport upon check-in.
• There is no 24h registration desk present that is why every guest is met individually, on regular basis between 15:00 – 18:00 while exceptions being pre-agreed. For check-in later than 18:00 instruction for self check-in will be presented.
• Children under the age of 18 will not be allowed to check-in unaccompanied.
• Any modifications of the stay must be notified in advance and are subject to availability and rate change.
• Check-out time is until 11:00 AM. Late check out is possible taking into account the following guests at additional cost and must be booked in advance.
• At self-check-out, the door of the apartment shall be locked properly and keys and remote control for parking \(if received\) returned in accordance with guidelines.

Cancellation Policy
Standard rate –
Free cancellation or modification min 5 days in advance;
50% from total stay – 2 to 4 days in advance;
100% from total stay – 1 day and less, no show;
Weekly rate -
Free cancellation or modification min 10 days in advance;
50% from total stay – 4 to 9 days in advance;
100% from total stay – 3 days and less, no show;
Monthly rate –
Free cancellation or modification min 14 days in advance;
50% from total stay – 7 to 13 days in advance;
100% from total stay – 6 days and less, no show;
Non-refundable rate –
100% from total stay – any time.
